Highland Lodge is a brand-new cabin in Hollister where all four bedrooms have their own private ensuite bath, and where every stay includes access to the Tall Timbers Camp amenities. Three kings and a full-over-full bunk room sleep 10, which works for two or three couples traveling together or a family group that wants everyone under one roof without anyone waiting on a bathroom.

* Two of the four bedrooms sit on the main level, so guests who would rather not take stairs at bedtime have two king options with private baths

* Gas fire pit with seating around it
* Propane grill and outdoor dining for 8
* The deck runs off the main level and faces into the trees, which is where most guests end up after dark
* The back deck is the outdoor space here — there is no front porch or yard

* Self check-in with a keypad code at a private entrance — no key handoff and no office stop
* Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM
* Guests have the entire home; nothing is shared with another party
* Access to the Tall Timbers Camp amenities is included for Highland Lodge guests at no added charge
POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.
Other Things to Note
* Highland Lodge does not have lake access. There is no private dock, no private shoreline, and no direct path to the water. Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo are reached by car, and State Park Marina is the nearest access point at 15 minutes.
* Boats and trailers cannot be parked at the house. Tall Timbers has a designated boat parking area within the development, included at no added cost.
* Three parking spots at the house: two on the left side, one on the right.
* Two steps lead up to the front door. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
* Golf cart rentals from the general store are a separate cost and are not included in the stay.
* The guest booking the reservation must be 24 or older. Children are welcome.
* No pets. No smoking.
