POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.
Other Things to Note
* The cabin does not have a private dock, private shoreline, or direct path to the water, and there is no water view. Table Rock State Park Marina is approximately 15 minutes away.
* Minimum age to book is 24
* No pets
* No smoking
* Two steps lead up to the front door
* Some resort amenities are seasonal, including the outdoor pool, lazy river, food trucks, and community events
